There is a $5.99 Shoppers Fee applied to every order. For delivery, an additional $9.99 will be applied.
Please contact us as soon as you know of any scheduling conflict so we can make the appropriate accomodations. Orders for which we receive no notification will be returned and the order suspended.
On the last page of the check out process, there is a field to enter any discount code you have. First time orders can use discount code DriveUpToday to remove the $5.99 processing fee.
Absolutely. You'll even notice our weekly Club Deals price and Bonus Points for items available through DLMDriveUp.com. Our weekly Club Deals ad runs from Wednesday to the following Tuesday. Prices for products will reflect the current cost on the day the order is shopped. If you have a question about a price or charge, please bring it to our attention.
We currently offer delivery to certain zip codes and neighborhoods surrounding our stores. The service is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday. If you live outside of the delivery range or request a Saturday or Sunday delivery, additional fees will apply. Please call with questions or concerns.
It is illegal in the state of Ohio for persons under the age of 21 to purchase or publically possess alcoholic beverages. When purchasing beer, wine, liquor, or hard cider through DLM Drive-Up, you will be asked to submit proof of age upon pick-up or delivery.
Browse our departments and fill your online cart with items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process, you'll decide on a day and time most convenient for picking up your groceries. When they time rolls around, simply visit our DLM Drive-Up location, follow the instructions in your confirmation email, and an associate will be ready on hand to load your groceries and send you on your way.
When registering for a new account, you'll be prompted to supply your Club DLM Card number as one of the entry fields. If you are unsure of your Club DLM Card number, continue registering for your new account. Once it has been established and you are able to access your Dashboard, there will be a button to 'Verify Account' which will sync your new account with your Club DLM number.
There is the option to checkout as a Guest and not create an account. However, by creating an account you'll have access to previous orders, the ability to create personalized shopping lists, and the ease of browsing your most frequently purchased items. Click 'Login' to start.
Yes, please select an hour time-frame in the checkout process during which you know you will be home. Please contact us as soon as possible if you won't be available during your origianlly scheduled time.
As long as the order has not being processed, you have the ability to edit and cancel from your order dashboard in your account. Click 'My Orders', find the corresponding order, and click Edit or Cancel. Or, please call and we'll make the proper modifications.
If you have special instructions for an item in your order, something from the salad bar for example, add the item to your cart and click 'Details' from the cart pane. Add any special instructions or requests in this area and we'll do our best to accommodate.
